My Own Introduction 我的簡介
本人在香港學習各項烹飪多年,
加上這些年的不停實習和改良,
希望可以得到大家的認同和接受.
記得我還在讀初中的時侯, 已經愛上烹調食物,
由於在金錢, 時間, 和沒有經驗的影響下,
當然是沒有美食這兩個字可言.
有一天 . . . .
我的哥哥對他的一位朋友說:
"如果你們有一些好討厭的朋友或是敵人,
而你們想找些方法去報服他們,
那就邀請他們來我家, 讓我妹妹給他們造些食物吧!
他們吃了後 . . . 哈. . 哈. . 哈. . . .
你們就會對那討厭的朋友和敵人的仇恨 ... 都全消了!
因為我妹妹所造的食物, 是世界上最難食的!!!
哈. . . .哈. . . .哈. . .........."
對我這位哥哥來說,
這只是一個笑著玩玩, 幽默的小諷刺而以,
但這段說話, 自從入了我的耳朵後,
已經深深的刻在我的腦海和內心的深處了!
一生都無法洗抹掉!
到了我三十一歲的那年, 生活已開始不用愁了.
我把那工作了十三年的印刷文員辭退了.
拿著一筆有限的工績金, 就踏回了重新學習的路上了.
三年 ~ 五年 ~ 十年 ~ ~ ~
這些年裡面,
花了好大部分的時間在學習電腦和烹飪上,
就這樣不能停下來了.
今天的我就是由以上的老故事而來的.
但我仍不斷地在學習和改良,
希望不會給大家太大的失望.
I have already in love
with cooking when i was in junior high school.
Due to some kinds of circumstances,
food cooked by me in those days were not good
at all.
One day. . .
My brother talked this
to one of his friend:
" If you have any nasty friends or enemies ,
and you want to take
revenge on them,
try to invite them to
my house,
and let my sister cooks for them to eat.
After they eat, ha... ha..... ha....
all your hatred on
your friends or enemies will be gone.
It is because my
sister is the worst cook in this world.
HA...... HA..... HA...... HA........"
For my brother,
this
was a way for showing his sense of humor in front of his friend only.
For me,
this is an
unforgettable and deeply offensive!
It was engraved in my
heart deeply and never can wash away.
Life of me started
getting better when i was 31.
I quitted the job as a
production clerk i have been working for
13 years.
With the limited among
of profit fund from work,
I back to study.
3 years ~~~ 5
years ~~~ 10 years ~~~~~
During these years,
I spent most of my
time in studying computer and different kinds of cooking.
Once i started, I
cannot stop learning.
Today's me came from
the old story from above.
I still constantly
learning and improving myself till now.
Hope it will not give
you all much of a disappointment.
